Update: Been coming here about 8 years now. Still receive great care and excellent customer service. Super thankful for all they do for all of our family’s vehicles. "Avoid this location. A rude employee (name started with J, hid his name tag, refused to identify himself) provided terrible service—no hello, no thank you, and didn't pass my concerns to the mechanic. To make matters worse, I now have an oil leak after my service here."
Terrible customer service. I bought a wheel to this location for a tire replacement. No vehicle, just the wheel and tire. To mount and balance a tire take 15 minutes or less. They told me that they have 3 cars ahead of me. I said to them " you're going to make me wait for hours for something that takes 15 minutes" remember what I said no vehicle just the wheel and tire. Please take your car somewhere else.
Took some tires in to be mounted and balanced, was met by competent staff, that did the job flawlessly. Truck rides better now than it ever has. 3 times I’ve taken a set of tires to be mounted here and every time the staff at Walmart gets it done right.
