This store was super clean and well stocked compared to hiram.. also less stuff locked up.
Had another bad experience at this walmart auto center. When in for an oil change. I was the only one in line. It took 3 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then the young lady said she would be right back. She left the counter and so did I August 16, 2025 - went in for an oil change. Oil change to 20 minutes which was great. I got there at 7:15am. This review is for walmart Autocare dallas location Do not expect any help from staff, they would discourage you and ask you to find help somewhere else. I ordered tires online, tires arrived as scheduled at autocare center for installation. Staff at the front said they never installed tires on the car i have ever citing lift points initially to lift the car. staff went to speak with the Manager and senior manager who denied installation citing they do not have manual to find lift spots under the car. seems like walmart empl... read more
This could have been a 5 star rating as the price was great, the tires I ordered online did arrive at the store the day before my appointment and they were put on my car, but not before a major inconvenience. After checking my car in for a 7am appointment last week, I was then called back to the service department and informed that the service on my car was paused as I needed to go to Auto Zone and purchase 20 lug nuts to replace mine as they were swollen and they would not be able to remove them without damaging them.
