"Avoid this location. A rude employee (name started with J, hid his name tag, refused to identify himself) provided terrible service—no hello, no thank you, and didn't pass my concerns to the mechanic. To make matters worse, I now have an oil leak after my service here."
Terrible customer service. I bought a wheel to this location for a tire replacement. No vehicle, just the wheel and tire. To mount and balance a tire take 15 minutes or less. They told me that they have 3 cars ahead of me. I said to them " you're going to make me wait for hours for something that takes 15 minutes" remember what I said no vehicle just the wheel and tire. Please take your car somewhere else.
Took some tires in to be mounted and balanced, was met by competent staff, that did the job flawlessly. Truck rides better now than it ever has. 3 times I’ve taken a set of tires to be mounted here and every time the staff at Walmart gets it done right.
DO NOT GET YOUR AUTO WORK DONE HERE! I have had two different experiences with the auto center and they were both terrible. The first time I got work done here I was changing out my tires. After waiting for 3 HOURS I was informed that one of the lug nuts on my tire was too tight and they could not remove it. I took it to another shop and they were able to get it off and change out the tire in 5 minutes. I went in for a simple oil change on Jan 29 and left with a hood-ajar warning that wasn’t there before. The service manager, Reed, came out at the end of the day and told me to come back the next day so they could take care of it. When I returned, he wouldn’t even come out, and I was ignored by multiple employees. Mistakes happen, but this was a complete lack of accountability. If something gets damaged on your vehicle, don’t expect them to take responsibility. You’ve been warned.
