As far as I can tell, they did a great job. This was my 2nd time having tires replaced. I noticed after they'd completed the work and torqued the lug nuts, they briefly drove it in the parking lot & then re-torqued the lug nuts again. I've never seen Costco do this - it is a sign they take an extra step to make sure you're leaving with perfectly torqued lug nuts.

I had an appointment for 3:30. I was there 15 minutes early and got checked in. They took my truck back at my scheduled time and it sat there Inside the shopfor over an hour with the hood up. The only thing they did was drain the oil replace the filter and put new oil in. I brought my own oil. If you’re too busy to get people out in a timely fashion, don’t overbook. Deceptive pricing. They wouldn’t put my spare back under my truck because “I don’t have the tool with me”. Not coming back for anything here— employees are clueless.
