Got oil change took it back it was leaking. Manager was very mean and unprofessional and wouldn’t give a refund. Should have just took the loss of the money and went somewhere else but I allowed them to go try again they said it was fixed but at this point I didn’t trust them. I purchased a set of tires at the Dallas, GA Walmart Supercenter on Hwy 120 for $893.29 in November of 2024. I went back to the Walmart location on 10/03/25 to have the tires rotated, but I was told my purchase was not on file and that I needed a paper receipt for proof of purchase to get free rotation. The tire service attendant went on to tell me they deleted their customer's purchase history after 30 days. I didn't have the receipt, so I paid $20 for my tire rotation. I got an oil change and came out with an oil leak. I took it back and the manager got smart with me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. I have never had this experience and I regret ever going to Walmart. Definitely the last time ever going there. If you need any work done there…RUN AND DO NOT GO. My mom wasted money on an oil change and she had to go elsewhere just to look over what they did. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK WAS DONE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Took WAY longer than it should have.
I walked in and was met with the friendliest group of staff I’ve ever met at any auto dealership. Jimmy, Cliff, Vel, and Matthew helped me immediately and guided me to the exact service I needed. My car is running great now and it’s all thanks to that great group of guys. Walmart, please reward and take care of these great employees, they deserve it.
