I went in for a simple oil change on Jan 29 and left with a hood-ajar warning that wasn’t there before. The service manager, Reed, came out at the end of the day and told me to come back the next day so they could take care of it. When I returned, he wouldn’t even come out, and I was ignored by multiple employees. Mistakes happen, but this was a complete lack of accountability. If something gets damaged on your vehicle, don’t expect them to take responsibility. You’ve been warned.
I do all of my grocery shopping here and I do my car maintenance here with the oil changes and other automotive services they are so thorough and on point and they point out things that may be out of the ordinary and if you need to take it to the dealership or if they can do it themselves.
Bought my first set of tires from Walmart this morning. This was an absolutely wonderful experience, from the time we made the order online this past Saturday till they were mounted for our desired time this morning.
Got oil change took it back it was leaking. Manager was very mean and unprofessional and wouldn’t give a refund. Should have just took the loss of the money and went somewhere else but I allowed them to go try again they said it was fixed but at this point I didn’t trust them. I purchased a set of tires at the Dallas, GA Walmart Supercenter on Hwy 120 for $893.29 in November of 2024. I went back to the Walmart location on 10/03/25 to have the tires rotated, but I was told my purchase was not on file and that I needed a paper receipt for proof of purchase to get free rotation. The tire service attendant went on to tell me they deleted their customer's purchase history after 30 days. I didn't have the receipt, so I paid $20 for my tire rotation.
