Horrible service. Was greeted very unpleasantly by a crossed eyed tech. I asked to set a tire appointment, he responded with where’s the tires or is your car here. No I would like to set an appointment. He looks very confused at this point. I explain I want to pick tires and set an appointment. He then tells me I have to pick tires online and order them. My sone called and made an appointment to get an oil change. Showed up for the appointment on time but they had no entered the appointment into the computer just wrote it on a sticky note and put it under their computer. He then waited 3 hours after their mess up. Told him it took so long because the oil plug was stuck and broke. The oil plug THEY put on 3 months ago. Unacceptable customer service. Will not return .

My daughter and I made an appointment to get her car an oil change. The day of It took 30 min longer then we were told, but no big deal. The lady at the counter was super friendly as well as all of the gentleman we communicated with during our appointment. Great service all the way through! Will definitely be back!
