I didn't have a oil leak until I took my car to get an oil change. I figured that this would happen since they did it to my other vehicle. I had to take it to Valvoline to get it fixed.
I am disappointed in them, someone stole my cigarette lighter out of my car and when I inquired about it they blew me off. I should have gone to management but I didn't want to spend the tome or energy on a disposable lighter!
Complete fail. They won't open the tire center because they don't have 2 techs. Despite management saying I could still recycle oil, they don't have anyone willing to open the cage to the recycle bins. Again, complete fail.
I had a blow out omw to to pick my kids up from school with my elderly mom in tge car so i'm starting this story frustrated already lol. I took my tire to the tire center (of course) to purchase a new tire and have them put it on my rim (Mansfield Rd location). The cashier (guy with glasses) seemed a few bananas short of a bunch upon initial observation but I don't judge. It was about 5:30 and they closed at 6 so I'm humble atp because I need this tire.
