Terrible management! Terrible service! I don't normally leave bad reviews but I've had terrible service here several times. I have the lifetime rotation and balance so I went to get my tires rotated. I marked my tires before they did the rotation and checked after it was done, they rotated 1 side from back to front but didn't rotate the other side at all. How many others have they done that to? Have been taking cars to location for years. First issue took my Dodge Journey for oil change the next day oil was completely emptied. The very next day put oil in there took the car back and they said I had an oil leak. I had no leak before taking it for oil change. Had to cash out $900 on the oil housing unit to be replaced. Fast forward 2 years, my daughter takes her car for oil change and within a week she has an oil leak also. Have mechanic look at the car and the oil filter is not properly placed on her car. I didn't have a oil leak until I took my car to get an oil change. I figured that this would happen since they did it to my other vehicle. I had to take it to Valvoline to get it fixed.
I am disappointed in them, someone stole my cigarette lighter out of my car and when I inquired about it they blew me off. I should have gone to management but I didn't want to spend the tome or energy on a disposable lighter!
