The customer service was great. They even put air in my tires. They didn't do any extra work that didn't need to be done and they just happened to have a sale going on when I got my oil changed which made it even better. Thank you!!
Came here on a friend's recommendation. Took over an hour and a half to get an oil change. Will be sticking to jiffy lube.
My problem was taken care of quickly and professionaley.
Called weeks ago to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, was told I could only make an appointment online. Go online make an appointment for oil change as system wouldn’t allow to do both, called back and asked if they could add the rotation since online wouldn’t allow, clerk said they’ll ask at my appointment and could add at that time.
