They have not once answered the phone when I tried calling them over multiple days. We went to the store in person and the guy at the counter didn’t say a single word. The phone even rang and he didn’t answer it while we were there. Then (still without even saying hello or letting us know how long to wait) he grabbed his water bottle and walked away through the back door. We never got helped. We just left. Literal non-existent customer service. Holy moly.
The customer service was great. They even put air in my tires. They didn't do any extra work that didn't need to be done and they just happened to have a sale going on when I got my oil changed which made it even better. Thank you!!
Came here on a friend's recommendation. Took over an hour and a half to get an oil change. Will be sticking to jiffy lube.
My problem was taken care of quickly and professionaley.
