Called weeks ago to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, was told I could only make an appointment online. Go online make an appointment for oil change as system wouldn’t allow to do both, called back and asked if they could add the rotation since online wouldn’t allow, clerk said they’ll ask at my appointment and could add at that time. They are always busy. The service is decently friendly but their prices and what they have available is going to change from week to week. So if you get a quote in May and it takes you till June to save up the money they might not even carry those tires anymore. So just be aware of that
