Zero stars should be an option after my experience with the short, unprofessional and rude Latina employee here. Walmart Corporatea, your customers expect better. I have had positive experiences with every other Walmart Auto Center in Colorado. Avoid this place like the plague
My oil change appointment was at 3:30 p.m., wasn't actually started until 4:40 p.m. I had to miss a work shift due to Walmart's tardiness; will NOT be returning!
Had a great experience here when i got a nail in my tire that was not able to be patched. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment and they were able to get it replaced within 30 minutes! The lady at the front desk was very kind as well. Will be coming to this location for any future Walmart auto services!
Loren helped me a lot at the store with a battery I bought two years ago. I didn’t have my receipt, but she was able to find it in the system. It showed all the activity related to my battery, including that I had already changed it twice, but it was still under warranty. Because of that, I was able to replace it again since I was still within my 4-year warranty period.
