Ridiculous corporate rule that they will only put exact factory match tires on your car. I had snow tires, within 1/2 inch equivalent of factory, and they won’t install. Don’t waste your time here for snow tire swaps.
Don't worry they won't install your tires if theyre more than 3 percent bigger than the original tire, but they will sell them to you, and charge you for the installation they never did. Also, don't expect the tires that claim to fit your vehicle online to actually fit. Oh, and don't expect anyone to actually be able to take your return an hour before they close, because they might just close early for the fun of it. Absolute waste of time from beginning to end and they still haven't taken my tires back.
People are the worst people to deal with. No one actually want to work here. They will try to make up stories and refuse to service your vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
Walked in for my appointment to get my oil changed and they took my keys. I walked around the store while I waited but it was taking a while, so I head back to the desk and they tell me my appointment was cancelled? No phone call or text? So rude to cancel and not even call me!
Fast and friendly, will definitely be back.
