Good for tires I would skip for Oil Changes
3 HOUR TIRE INSTALL I had made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. The night before we had approx 7” of snow however, I arrived 15 minutes early (on bald tires) and was greeted with the statement “customers are showing up, but employees are not” I was told it may take longer due to being short staffed and that I had 2 oil changes in front of me. Both my tire and my spare went flat unexpectedly about a week ago and I was rushing to see if I could get them fixed. Luckily Joey was very understanding and was willing to see if we could reuse my old tire first and when we realized we couldn't, had me purchase the replacement for a decent price. Then Damon and DJ were nice enough to put the new wheel back on my car, and for me not knowing anything about cars, was very appreciated! I was back on the road within the hour! Thanks guys!
Rude and unexperienced don't waste your time or money
Spent 2.5hrs for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. On top of that, they messed up the drain plug and it leaked all over my garage. I attempted to get them to spend 5-10 mins to get it looked at the next morning and said that I had to wait another 2 hrs to get seen.
