I picked up a deck screw in one of my tires and went to Walmart Auto Center in Littleton to have it fixed. They got me in quickly, were very friendly and professional, and the price was far less than I thought it would be. I was extremely pleased with their service!
Went in for a regular oil change. Asked if they could look at my Walmart tires to see if my replacement warranty applied to the current status of my tires. I was followed out to my truck by 3 Walmart employees (2 of them had no name tags or Walmart vests). One of them, later identified a Joey, told me in an irritated voice that I could not exchange them until they reached 2/32. I told him i was just trying to understand my options. Awesome service
Left a battery here that had already been read as faulty by a professional auto company for warranty replacement. Battery was promptly forgotten for 2 hours. Went back in to check in with no notice, and because it did not read faulty on Walmart's equipment, the warranty was not respected. Will never use walmart auto or any sold auto goods again.
