This place is complete disarray. As a former manager of auto repair shops, I was embarrassed for them. First, the front desk people are so unknowledgeable and just have no clue what is going on in the whole shop -- nor do they know how to operate their own system. I must have spent 30 minutes just waiting to get my paperwork completed while they fumbled around. I went in to get 2 tires on the rear wheels and then have them rotated to the front because my front tires were also bad and making the car vibrate. So, two of the ti... read more
Terrible
Five stars all the way . I will say this, there is always a wait. Maybe 2 hours. However you can get a flat fixed for under $20. Everybody else wants $45. Also I had to put four tires on my Chrysler they balance them smooth as glass. I think this is probably the seventh set I bought at Walmart.
