Just the music in the auto care waiting room is too loud and can not be turned off.
Ordered 4 tires a week later they only had three. Had to make half a dozen calls to cancel the order since the in store clerk was unable to assist.
I always bring my different cars here to the Walmart Auto Care Center, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful every time. Geneava has assisted me on many occasions, always answering my questions and helping me with any concerns. She has even helped me with refunds when needed. I’ve also had issues with some appointments being canceled, but she always resolves everything quickly and efficiently. 20/10 for Geneava! Highly recommended.
