I loitered in the lobby for 30 min. trying to get 4 tires for my van. It was on a Saturday. Personnel were in & out from the shop, tech trying to fix paperwork, Customer Service man mostly staying in the shop without saying anything, stalled process. I finally decided to just buy the Goodyear Viva 2 clearance set, but it didn't happen. I left. I have definitely noticed a decline in personnel quality at Walmart tire centers.
