We were stranded on the side of the road and the manager, Preston, went above and beyond to get us going again.
Even with appointment care takes forever. Got the notification that my care is getting looked at 1 1/2h after the appointment! Definitely do not recommend going there! Went there twice now and had the same experience.
Great customer service. Unlike other locations, they were ready for me about my appointment time and took less than an hour to get everything done. They even offered extremely useful advice for future car care.
Had an appointment at 2. They were understaffed so they tried to tell me they only do walking for my tire service. Which was untrue on the site. Then they said it will be late because they have appointments scheduled ( which i did too??). Finally did it and tps system went off as soon as I drove off the lot. Which I discussed that the vehicle had the system on it with them. Just an over all headache. I'd suggest trying out firestone, and discount tire,I would've but it was Sunday.
