Great customer service. Unlike other locations, they were ready for me about my appointment time and took less than an hour to get everything done. They even offered extremely useful advice for future car care.
Had an appointment at 2. They were understaffed so they tried to tell me they only do walking for my tire service. Which was untrue on the site. Then they said it will be late because they have appointments scheduled ( which i did too??). Finally did it and tps system went off as soon as I drove off the lot. Which I discussed that the vehicle had the system on it with them. Just an over all headache. I'd suggest trying out firestone, and discount tire,I would've but it was Sunday.
Their service is so atrocious. They took my car into the garage immediately when I arrived so I thought it was gonna be a quick oil change. Nobody came to the front desk for almost 2 hours and nobody told me my car was ready when I've been sitting in the waiting room for that long. Don't bother pressing the button for assistance. Associates don't pay attention to that. And nobody answers the phones at the auto care center. Walmart in port Orchard is worth the drive to keep away from this one.
Went in there and was sent away. Told they had to much to do to help me.the associate was very rude. Odd thing of it was I was the only one in line when I pulled up at 710 am and 2 of them standing there doing nothing. Horrible customer service. I lodged a formal complaint.would like compensated or will never go back.been going there for years doing a oil change .awful service at the Bremerton location
