GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Staff was extremely unfriendly/unprofessional and could care less, asked about tire install inside after purchasinga tire, (tire) associate said all questions had to be asked and done at their bay (10 feet away) pulled up and got no greetings from the associate, got rude responses, and unfriendly facial expressions, by the looks of these reviews nothing has changed and nothing WILL change. If it were possible to give 0 stars that is what I would give.
Guy checking me in was very rude. Turned me away even though I made a 6pm appointment in the morning.
Unfriendly staff, delay on services, no notifications were sent once the service was concluded. They also left my car open at the parking lot instead of locking before handing that back to me, which could cause any kind of robbery.
This place is very slow. It's taken them almost 2 hours per car for tire change. This whole auto center at this location is trash. Very slow all the way around. Highly not recommended. My vehicle has been skipped over 4 times now.
