I've worked in shop environments for years and this is where all the worst of the worst end up. I had two tires I needed changed and the first half an hour four guys stood around a car talking then all but one went out to take a vape break. I'm still here looking at my tires untouched and will never get my tires changed here again. If you buy tires here just take them to another shop
I just took my tire here. They had it for three hours and they did nothing Didn’t even check the tire pressure didn’t even play the tires worst mechanic in the world
Stopped in on a Friday for an oil change and new wiper blades. They were too busy that day so they made us an appointment for 11:30am the following day. At 11:20AM the following morning, we showed up for our appointment. There was a sign hanging over the checkout at automotive saying that they were closed for the day. A young man came out and we had explained that they made us an appointment and even sent out a text alert to remind us to come in at 11:30AM that morning. I made three appointments this week just for an oil change and ALL THREE TIMES I was turned away because there were not enough techs working! I will never come back here! This is not only an issue at this location but also with Walmart corporate scheduling and their website! I already don't go to Walmart for any other reason but this was the last thing I needed to never come back!
I showed up without an appointment this morning, Hannah was quick to get me in and taken care of! Always like working with this team! Lyle is fantastic, he keeps a smile on all of our faces!
