Had them rotate my tires, and they were able to fit me in (only reason they didn’t get 1 star). But they didn’t put my rim on properly and it fell off on the 1/4 mile drive home somehow. When I called them about it, they said they weren’t responsible… even though they had just (tried to) put the rim back on.
Came first thing in the morning to get a basic oil change and was told they weren't doing any oil changes today. Typical Walmart customer service.
Actually answered the phone. Mount your bring-your-own tires at this location for $28/tire just call to make an appointment
Auto shop apparently closes at 4, but online you are able to still make an appointment way past 4pm. They need to update that online. I made an appointment for 4:30 for an oil change and they were closed.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had an appointment scheduled days in advance for an Oil change today at 5:30pm. I show up and walk in with my 2 little ones for them to tell me they closed at 5pm even though I had an appointment booked for 5:30pm and online it says they are open til 7pm. I’ve been turned away so many times and told I can only show up with an appointment and yet I’m still turned away. What a joke! Online chat did nothing to help, and I left a report for the department. Don’t waste your time!!
