Stopped in on a Friday for an oil change and new wiper blades. They were too busy that day so they made us an appointment for 11:30am the following day. At 11:20AM the following morning, we showed up for our appointment. There was a sign hanging over the checkout at automotive saying that they were closed for the day. A young man came out and we had explained that they made us an appointment and even sent out a text alert to remind us to come in at 11:30AM that morning. I made three appointments this week just for an oil change and ALL THREE TIMES I was turned away because there were not enough techs working! I will never come back here! This is not only an issue at this location but also with Walmart corporate scheduling and their website! I already don't go to Walmart for any other reason but this was the last thing I needed to never come back!

am very disappointed with the way Walmart handled my tire service issue. My car had no problem before I brought it in to have all 4 new tires (purchased at Walmart) installed. The very next day, one of those tires was flat. I filled it with air and drove back to Walmart, where they told me the rim was cracked. The first employee immediately denied any responsibility. 8/5/25 11:50am So I just came to get my truck serviced for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. I was turned away and told I needed an appointment as they were too busy. There was only 1 car being serviced and multiple employees standing around. I under stand that if every bay was full that would make sense, but to be completely empty and being told they were to busy is joke.
