First time buying tires from Walmart. Good experience overall.
No line to get tires changed and they take forever to change. Expect a long wait and they don't work on your car ,constantly leaving it alone for more than 30 mins .
I purchased tires by the way great affordable price and pricing for Walmart not complaining , however complaining about the auto shop it needs to do better as far as customer service and having man power . While waiting a lady’s car was apparently touched and rummaged through like somebody was looking for something or insinuating somebody went through her car while in mechanics responsibility Walmart instantly denied it . Update: 12/30/25 so 10 months 8,500 miles into owning these tires the two front ones are already bald from the inside I have a lifetime alignment I went to Firestone to try to get it and they say they cannot align them because the tires were already worn out they pointed out that these waterfall brand tires are really bad and poor quality so I went to Walmart where I purchased them and receive no help from the auto center all they said was try to contact the manufacturer for warranty yet they sold me the tires that were defe... read more
