Terrible service! I purchased my tires here along with the tire ration and balancing. I have gone twice to get my tires rotated and balancing but they say that they don't have the staff to get the job done. They want me to drive over 30 minutes to another Walmart to have it done. This is the worst experience I have had. Never buying tires here again.
When you order tires for this location you will most likely receive grandmas old tires. i bought them new from the website and when i had got home from the tire installation my tire went flat on the driveway. I did some research on the tires and found that they were manufactured in 2024. My old tires were also manufactured in 2024 to give you an idea. We are in 2026, why am i receiving tires from that year? insane. Anyways, thank god for insurance because if i hadn't purchased that i'd be screwed. Don't recommend coming here... read more
I had a terrible experience at this auto center today. I arrived for my confirmed 6:00 PM appointment to have new tires installed. The tires were already purchased and ready (I bought Perelli 235/50R18 tires to replace my current 235/45R18s), yet the staff completely refused to perform the service. The first time I came in, even though the shop was empty, they told me I still needed to make an appointment. So I did exactly that.
