Terrible service, the staff is burned out, I was provided the managers phone number for rescheduling and for further assistance due to a system error. After various attempts to resolve the matter I was not helped.
Order tires with installation, waited 2 weeks because of installation, came to my appointment just so they can tell...no we can't install them because we don't have the equipment.
Walmart has lost their way. Hour before closing and three employees standing around and can’t sell a tire.
Terrible service! I purchased my tires here along with the tire ration and balancing. I have gone twice to get my tires rotated and balancing but they say that they don't have the staff to get the job done. They want me to drive over 30 minutes to another Walmart to have it done. This is the worst experience I have had. Never buying tires here again.
