I came in after I made an appointment in advance. I tried to check in for my appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment even though I had confirmation on the app and payment had already been made. She asked if it was this location because she didn’t have anything I then showed her the confirmation in the app and the store location and she said that doesn’t mean anything it’s just the store location. Took my vehicle to the Jerome service center and they were amazing..!!! After my horrible experience with the Twin Falls service center, I wasn’t sure I wanted to ever return to a Walmart shop, but the great service I received from the Jerome shop has changed my mind. I won’t go back to again but will definitely return to Jerome. Great Job Jerome.!!!
Frank and Sam were amazing, helped me when I got a flat tire in the parking lot
Not great at customer service, let customers stand for long periods of time at register and do acknowledge them.
