Horrible work staff, they literally couldn’t “find my car’s oil filter” to do a simple oil change, after that the next time I came to buy and get tires installed, they keep canceling my scheduled appointment and whenever you call, they don’t pick up, or will pick up and hang up the phone right away to not answer or help a customer. I was there today to get my tire replaced. There was one person being helped and another person in front of me. After assisting the customer being helped, the service person/greeter disappeared and never returned. After several to hella minutes a different employee assisted the person in front of me. The service desk remained unmanned again for at least 15 minutes. Finally another service person came to the desk to help someone else... my bad knees made me sit down so I lost my spot. Wouldn’t recommend coming for an oil change they seem like they don’t want to do them at all its 3 o clock they supposedly close at 7 and they turning they nose up talking about appointments only. I would never come here again this is the most ghetto walmart in Illinois
I went in for wiper blades and ended up getting an oil change as well. I didn’t catch the guy(salt and pepper guy) who checked me in name but he was pleasant and assisted me well. One of the technicians Anson went beyond his job to help me with my wiper blades. Thanks guys!
