I had a set of tires put on this evening. I ordered the tears and made the appointment online. When I arrived today, it was really backed up. Horrible work staff, they literally couldn’t “find my car’s oil filter” to do a simple oil change, after that the next time I came to buy and get tires installed, they keep canceling my scheduled appointment and whenever you call, they don’t pick up, or will pick up and hang up the phone right away to not answer or help a customer. Have had nothing but BAD/HORRIBLE experiences at this location! I’ve already made multiple complaints to management, but nothing has changed. I was there today to get my tire replaced. There was one person being helped and another person in front of me. After assisting the customer being helped, the service person/greeter disappeared and never returned. After several to hella minutes a different employee assisted the person in front of me. The service desk remained unmanned again for at least 15 minutes. Finally another service person came to the desk to help someone else... my bad knees made me sit down so I lost my spot.
