I took my car to this place, and they broke the wheel protector. Minutes after picking it up, the protector fell off in the middle of the street. I’m thankful it wasn’t a bigger issue since the tire didn’t come off, but I wish they had been honest and told me they had broken it. Great service, scheduled new tires to be installed and oil change. They did a great job! In and out in less than a couple hours.
Today was my first and last time taking my car to this Walmart location! I am not one who enjoys pulling the race card, but when the situation is so blatant, there is no other card to pull. First, the woman who was taking down my car's information prior to changing the front two tires, told me my husband didn't order the right tires. I called him on the phone, and after going back and forth for several minutes with her and then with her teammate, the teammate discovered my husband was correct. Absolute scam. Upcharged me twice the amount for an oil change and lied by saying they ran out of the oil I needed so they could charge me more. Then proceeded to take 2 hours for an oil change that should take 10-15 minutes at any other place. Terrible Service.
