Been going for years for regular up keep. Never had issues and pretty straightforward
I purchased two new tires for my car. When I asked an employee a simple question about a warning light on my dashboard, she was very rude and dismissive. I was disappointed by the lack of respect and customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
I purchased a new battery for my car and this auto care center was courteous and installed it very quickly for me.
They tried to drive the vehicle without releasing the handbrake, then refused to change my tires by claiming the brakes were faulty—and on top of that, they made a scene, crying that the car was going to kill us. What a professional team. The reason the car was beeping, even though the seatbelt was fastened, was that the handbrake was engaged.
