I purchased my last set of tires at this Walmart. Today I got a bad flat and brought my tire in, around 5 pm (they're open until 7) for a replacement. The place was empty -not a car in any stall -so we figured we'd get service without an issue. Nope, the young men at the counter just said "We can't help you today". We asked if they had a spare we could use temporarily, or if we could buy a donut - as my car is up on a jack in a parking lot a mile away -they didn't want to hear it- just kept saying "no, we can't help you - ma... read more
Just stay away from this store had my tires balanced in the summer. According to the work order it was done by Benjamin S. well had rough handling not long after took them in and rebalanced at another shop the tech said they were counter balanced and that’s a sign they don’t know what their doing. Save your money and time go somewhere else like Burt Brothers or Les Shwab at least you pay more but it’s quality work.
The manager, Snow, as well as Jon and the team were quick and attentive—checked out my flat tire quickly and were willing (if needed next time) to activate Road Hazard warranty.
3 star service is the standard here, so I'm giving 2 stars. I purchased new tires online for delivery to the store. Had an appointment set up and I showed up 15 minutes early, but it wasn't helped until 5 after my scheduled time. The person at the front desk was as helpful as he could be, and I provided some instructions for the service I wanted.
