They took care of me very quickly with my oil change and they also checked my tires and other things and got me ready for my trip to move out of state thank you Walmart
Alex and the auto care manager are two terrible guys. After buying two new front tires and one passenger blow out within 3 months. I was given a new tire and after that my stirring wheel was not straight any more and my car was shaking. I was told it had nothing to do with what they did. I took it to mavis across from the Walmart. The guys over there was so sweet offered me a wheel balance and gave me a discount and it solves the shaking problem. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Walmart overall but particularly this Walmart might be one of the worst customer service organizations I have ever had an experience with in my life. Extremely unprofessional store manager (Bob). They do not care about helping their customers, only about protecting their own interests.
Terrible..Terrible.. I purchased a battery there, and The employee there installed the battery with the positive and negative poles reversed, causing my car to be locked. No apology. and I was asked to pay for the towing and repairs. I wasted more than 4 hours over there. the main manager said “Walmart won’t pay me anything. ”… Terrible… Really bad day today.
