So apparently they open up at 7 and while standing here at 7 for just headlights, no one. The headlights are behind a glass case and no one in the store has the keys but auto. So a guy shows up finally around 15 after and just walks by my husband and I. Not even asking how he can help. Nothing. My advice if you need anything, just come later on or order online because that'll be more helpful than an actual human being.
This was always my go-to oil change place, never had a bad experience just driving up and asking for full synthetic. Pulled up today and no once came out to check me in, went inside and no one at the counter, so waited by my car in front of the service bay. Finally after around 15 minutes someone yells at me to back up because they have cars ahead of me (there were no other cars there) and then to check in inside. We made an appointment at 7 in the morning. I waited for an hour because the person who worked didn't go to work. But there is no word to say sorry. It's the worst.
So disappointing I have a flat tire on warranty and they don’t have the necessary things to fix it .
