NEVER DO YOUR TIRES HERE!!! Two days in a row, I dropped my car off for a tire job, they let my car sit for hours and didn't touch it. The first day, they had the car for 3 hours then called me right before closing and said "Our tech went home so we couldn't do the job." Today they said the tires we selected are not compatible with my car but I HAD TO CALL THEM to find that out. They never called me or anything. This morning I came in for Walmart Auto care to finish my son's car. It had a broken lug nut on front tire that was going to be replaced per Aaron the manager. He explained yesterday that Blevins would assist in the completion of the work the next day. I came in around 11am and the part was not picked up last night I think it was a communication mix up. I would give a 0 but there isn't an option. 1st off i got there at 430pm and they just got finished with my oil change at 6:40pm because the worker went to lunch. 2. I informed them NOT to let my windows down because I had a hard time getting it to go back up. Got it back and what do you know they put my window down. They were every unprofessional, customer service sucks! Never again!
Would you rather pay less and spend 90min past your appointment time only to come back and see the woman in front of you fighting with them- my suv was still parked and not even started. Trust, go elsewhere.
