Came in cause I had an appointment at 2:30. They was not as active as the other days. they had me waiting an hour and 30 minutes and when they finally get to do my car mind you after an appointment, they have me waiting more than 20 minutes to tell me they didn’t have the oil required to do my oil change.
I sat there for an hour today from 9:52-10:50 am while they were in possession of my car. Allegedly they did an engine check and refused to change my oil claiming the engine was leaking oil. I called several other locations they stated that they do not do that. Mp1hunnit
