They are really cleaning and up grading the store but they can do away with the receipt police the one lady chased me down just to look at my receipt and was asking me questions about my merchandise the only problem I have is the people that stand at the entrance/ exit demanding to see your receipt they are not Sam's club they are not anybody that you pay to have a membership there and I don't feel that you should have to be chased down just to see a receipt when they clearly seen you come out of the line they need to check ... read more

I had to wait at the auto center for hours. My appointment kept being cancelled because the tires were delayed and I was not able to reschedule after the 3rd time. When the tires finally came in we weren’t notified, I just had to keep checking the app. I went right to the auto center since I’ve been driving on a donut for over a week. The whole process was disorganized and customer service was lacking, No one informed me that I would have to wait so long , I would recommend a local business over this. Had an appointment. Took them 3 HOURS to put tires on and there wasn't anything wrong with my lugs or anything. Just a standard change. Then, get my car and the tires are filthy, covered in like a grease and scratched and they never did the Relearn even though they told me for the last HOUR that he was doing that. Got a different guy to help and he did the Relearn CORRECTLY in literally 3 minutes. Not worth wasting your time. If they can't handle this, they definitely can't handle anything harder. They were not allowed to fix my tire due to an unrelated ignition switch issue (you just gotta jiggle the key a little ). He politely explained that it would be against their policy, which I understand. That’s on Walmart, not the employee. I did waste around 3 hours marinating around the store though. Got it done at Steve’s Tires right down the road in 15 minutes! Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for help with your tires!
