Slow, inefficient, and poor communication. I had 4 Walmart tires installed with the extra warranty; thankfully I checked my tires before I drove off because they didn't fill up one tire and lug nuts on one were completely loose. When I had an issue with a tire they told me they don't keep my tire in stock and they have no way to order things. Unprofessional and demeaning associates. Vulgar, loud, rude.
I got 4 new tires today. My appointment was for 1pm. My car was not taken into garage until 1:54. After the car was finished I drove home without really checking anything. Once in my driveway I checked the tires pressures and one of my tires had 68 lbs instead of 35lbs. I was also missing 2 valve stem covers. I actually paid for 4 new valve stems but they refunded the money and said they didn’t have them. This after placing my order online a week before my service. Actually nothing about this visit was acceptable.
I needed to change a single tire, drop my car off at 9am. Currently 4pm and no updates. Doesn’t pick up the phones.
