Made me wait an hour and a half on my scheduled oil change only to tell me they don’t have my oil
Waited 2 hours for oil change
Slow, inefficient, and poor communication. I had 4 Walmart tires installed with the extra warranty; thankfully I checked my tires before I drove off because they didn't fill up one tire and lug nuts on one were completely loose. When I had an issue with a tire they told me they don't keep my tire in stock and they have no way to order things.
