FYI FOR WARRANTIES I brought in a battery I bought less than 6 months ago and a short woman with 2 sets of glasses on tried to make me pay a difference for the price increase for a warranty exchange. I asked for the terms of the warranty she said I don’t know I asked for documentation she said no. I asked for the manager and thank goodness she knew what a free warranty exchange meant. The original cashier and auto care manager stated other customers have paid the price difference so beware.
They would fix my tire and I had an appointment at 6:30 pm. The guy out in the shop was rude and told me to get out because he was not fixing the tire. If they don't want to do the job get rid of them. If you don't honor the appointments why do you have them.
My experience at this location was extremely unsatisfactory. The staff appeared unprepared and unprofessional, and the service process was frustratingly slow and disorganized. Communication was poor, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously or handled properly. Overall, the level of service did not meet basic expectations. I would advise others to consider a different location for more reliable and professional service.
