I give them a 2 out of 5 stars because it took them hours to even touch a simple tire leak. Time is valuable and if you can't be timely, you can't have my business.
Very unprofessional
Bought four tires online to be shipped to the store and an appointment to install the tires. This was at the end of November and at the appointment the tech told me I had a lug nut stripped and I'd have to a tire shop which I thought they were but they did not have the tools to take off the lug nut. I received paperwork my order was canceled and said I would not have to pay anything.
