Absolutely zero.customer care. The employees just want to do bare minimum and show attitude for answering any questions. Came here for a flat tire repair after appointment and was told i need both my front tires need replacement and on top of that i have to make a new appointment for tire replacement (what!!!). Tjey just want you out of there. Took my car to another car repair shop and got my flat tire fixed !! (Saved 500 dollars from not having to do unnecessary tire change) Never coming back to this location for anything.
Brian in the Walmart Morse road auto center was very helpful when I attempted to change my own car battery with the wrong tools and zero experience, and he went out of his way to help me learn and not die in the process. Thank you Brian!
Tried calling 6 times rings goes to front desk rings back hangs up on you. They obviously don't want to help customers
