The workers here don't understand what they're doing. They couldn't unscrew a single nut for 2.5 hours, while I unscrewed it easily with a regular wrench after they kicked me out of the service station. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They broke the lug nuts on my wheels and are saying that they were rusted, even though there is no rust on them at all. Absolutely rude and unprofessional people. Even 1 star would to much. Their auto center is so backed up they can't honor their road hazard warranty repair, unless you leave your vehicle for 2 days to repair a nail puncture in the tires I purchased from them! No manager on duty to get help either!
Rood employees! Lack of attention to detail. Treated me like I’m a nobody. Definitely never coming back!
