This is my second time with Walmart auto in the past 6 months and another great experience! The whole team here especially Edgar were very kind and helpful to get my light replaced. I will definitely return for future services- this is a nice, honest great team working hard for their customers. Thank you!
Excellent job replacing my tires! They installed them well and I thought it would take all day but it was ready in just a few hours.
Just Rude!! I just call for a simple question. The woman didn't even try to hear me out and said, they have more time and transfer my call, and waited for long 20 minutes. I'm going with Discount Tire!
The 4 stars fell to a 1 star on the last visit. Sexist and horrible service. On this last visit, while I had to do something to do I had someone take my car to Walmart and she had a terrible experience. I bought the tires to be shipped to the store and the appointment was also made to install the tires. The people at the register as well as the technicians have a miscommunication, while she asked to put the new tires and the front tires in the back while getting rid of the back tires.
