I don't expect much from Walmart cistomer service but I had the worst experience during oil change today. They told me at 11:15 am the oil change will take an hour, but it was done in 15 mins. Good. When I got back there at 12:10 pm, the line was long and the employees didn't seem to be in any hurry to help the customers. Sold me 4 new tires and when one was faulty and needed to be replaced they wanted to recharge me for another installation. The wait time is absurdly brutal w 2+ hour waits, the staff is incompetent, and they basically just don't care. It feels gross being in there and around the wandering delulu staff. Feel ripped off and violated... I went elsewhere and bought new tire
