Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. Tried calling the store and was hung up on over 15 times, attempting to reach the tire center.
Had my headlights restored, I wish I had before and after pictures because they came out so great! Probably took an hour if that but totally worth the wait. Definitely recommend! Thanks Diego!
The stud girl who was there this morning around 7ish was terrible. Not only was she rude & dismissive, she over filled my tires by 15. If you hate your job so much then QUIT ! The reviews for this place are pretty accurate. So if you want terrible customer service & a possible BLOW OUT with your tires then come to this Walmart Tire center off Touhy.
Sharia made a very nice check-in for me. I bought the balancing and the tire rotation together with my tires and it really pays off as every 6 month you can have the rotation done. The service of the car was done by Freddy and Diego, and and so far it looks very good he also gave me a thumbs up that everything is good with the car. Thank you Walmart for another great experience.
Had a SCHEDULED Oil Change and was in and out within a hour. Now, there were multiple customers who were cussing out the employees out saying their car was taking too long, BUT they did not have a scheduled appointment. Ignorant customers do not realize that Walmart’s auto appointments fill up sometimes a week out. These employees remained calm and take on the craziness and selfishness of the customers with such grace and respect. I applaud each and every one of you.
