Freddy, the guy who checked in was very rude. Even after 30 mins of me checking in they didnt start working on my car. When i asked, freddy gave an attitude and asked me to take the car somewhere else.
It’s insane, they always tell you that you need an appointment, I just came for oil change. it’s 3:30pm, and they asked me for an appointment. They are just trying to be lazy, and don’t want to do more work.
This Walmart Auto Center oil change service was very disappointing. They took my car key 30 minutes before their lunch break, and when I came back after 2 hours, they told me the team had gone for lunch. When I called the manager, he simply said, “We all need lunch,” in a very unprofessional manner. This is my last time using their service. I’m not even sure where to file a complaint, but this experience was unacceptable.

Walmart Auto Repair is an absolute nightmare! The manager is incredibly rude and has no clue how to talk to customers. This is the second time they’ve sent me a message saying my car is ready, but they haven't even started working on it! Meanwhile, I see the employees just chilling and enjoying their snacks while they’re supposed to be working. This kind of service is unacceptable in Chicago!
