Had a SCHEDULED Oil Change and was in and out within a hour. Now, there were multiple customers who were cussing out the employees out saying their car was taking too long, BUT they did not have a scheduled appointment. Ignorant customers do not realize that Walmart’s auto appointments fill up sometimes a week out. These employees remained calm and take on the craziness and selfishness of the customers with such grace and respect. I applaud each and every one of you.
Waited 2 hours in lines etc to get in WITH an appt. Then they overfilled my engine by over a quart. Ridiculous. At the very least do your job right! Never again.

for first time I had my oil changed at this branch today. The staff was rude. They didn't give me any information before the oil change and they put in oil for 3000 miles instead of 5000 miles, they charged us the full amount as well.
Great customer service! 4 tires within 45 minutes big s/o to technician Diego he was helpful & got the job done! Customers need to learn to be patience. There auto shop not a McDonalds.
