I recently had a really positive experience getting my battery tested and replaced at the Walmart Auto Center in Niles on Touhy. Diego was the kindest—he was the first to ask if I needed help and made sure l was taken care of. Mike agreed to test the battery right away, and Sammy stepped in to help with the checkout process. I don't expect much from Walmart cistomer service but I had the worst experience during oil change today. They told me at 11:15 am the oil change will take an hour, but it was done in 15 mins. Good. When I got back there at 12:10 pm, the line was long and the employees didn't seem to be in any hurry to help the customers.
