Feels shady ...Was told had to have an appointment to be told when making an appointment that I didn't need one for a balance and tire rotation but she put me in with an appointment for 7:00am for him to act put out and mad because I did it that way he said appointments are for service he has to write it up service I guess started at 7:05 completed at 7:14.. Tried to make an appointment because I was told that is the only way since 2023 which I have had my tires done twice since then with no appointment, but no answer from tle I dialed directly it then sent it to the front desk that proceeded to tell me she couldn't tell them to pick up which is a lie!!!! I know for a fact!!!! She could intercom them to pick line whatever just lazy or not trained!!!!
The drive-thru manager treats customers poorly. Terrible service. I won't be returning to this Walmart again.
Making an appointment at this place is a complete waste of time. Not to mention every employee in here hates their life. They all have terrible attitudes and just stand around and stare at you. What a joke
