I needed an appointment for an oil change and to plug my tire. I set the oil change appointment online and called to see if they could also fix my tire while I'm there. First, they can't do oil changes right now (this was the only walmart with openings today and would have been a 30 min drive wasting my time), secondly she INSISTED over and over I'd need an appointment to fix my tire and I kept asking if we could change the purpose of my appointment and she just kept saying I needed an appointment... that I already had. I booked an oil change online and got there a few minutes before my appointment. I waited in line for 10 minutes and then the worker told me "we are out of oil for your car" so I wasn't getting an oil change. He didn't even look up my oil type after I told him my car make and model not did he go check the back. He did the same thing to the man in front of me. He told me I could go buy the oil somewhere else and bring it to Walmart. There's absolutely no reason they could not have called/texted/emailed me before I drove 30 mi... read more
Just read the reviews. They will put any oil in your car not the one you requested and paid for, and then try to convince you that the oil they put in your car is better. Complete joke. This falls back on the management. Obviously, they don't read their own reviews.
I called ahead and was told the tire I needed was in stock. When I arrived, they said they didn’t actually have it and blamed it on their system inventory not working properly. They told me to go to another Walmart to buy the tire and bring it back for installation. After I did that, they suddenly said the installation would cost $120 instead of the $60 I was originally told. I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. It was a very frustrating experience, and I expected better communication and reliability from Walmart... read more
