I should have read the reviews before i committed myself. I had a 11am appointment for 4 tires to be mounted. I get a text that they started at12:30 . At 1:30 they call my phone and say they can only mount 3 tires that 4th has a bent lug that they can't remove the nut to remove tire. I verified this with Tire manager, which he confirmed this to be the case. It still took them another hour to have me ready to go with three tires mounted. Three tires in 4 hours. Pulled up to the s e auto walmart for work on my car the person he said his name was Lupe but had his badge turned around so I couldn't verify, he took pictures of the car I told him I wanted penzoil oil because of the hi milage the work staff verified they put in Castroil synthetic this is not what I asked for, Leo who worked on the car said he was done so I had 6 workers talking to me finally the manager manager, which I didn't ask to speak to him. Never coming back here again brought my Jeep renegade yesterday to get an oil change and woke up to a puddle of oil under my vehicle.
The ladies tried ripping me off by not honoring the warranty that the battery i bought from here. I went to a different Walmart in rigsby and had no issues there they honored the warranty and got a brand new battery, don’t go here.
I came in early thinking that I could get my oil change and try them out. I won't be coming back because nothing happened there. I waited in line, it was already 7:20 am. No cars were in the bays and no one had anything ready. The guy going around taking orders told me that they don't have any tickets so they are waiting for the person with the tickets to get there.
