Got an oil change last time here and filled up my oil with no drain plug gasket. Oil has been leaking ever since. Come back today with the part to replace it and they told me that it’s not their problem and to go somewhere else.
Broke my dip stick and didn’t tell me about it. I ended up finding the top half of the handle for the dip stick in my drivers side door handle. I went back and they refused help, and have since refused to serve me since I have a broken dip stick.
I have been buying my tires from Walmart Auto Care for many years. Best warranty deal around and there are Walmarts all over the country if you need warranty help while travelling.
