It was months ago when I went here for a service on my tire. When It was done they told me that the sensor on the driver side was gone and was even blamed on me that it was because when I filled it up with air when it was flat. Respectfully they told me that I need to buy the sensor. To make the story short, I noticed that almost every two weeks, I need to fill it up with air because it is always flat. First off, they barely answer the phones. You might call for 5-10 minutes before someone actually answers. When they do answer, most of them are not very helpful and seem bothered you are even calling them at all. I ordered a set of 4 tires THROUGH Walmart to get them installed in their shop on Monday for install Friday. On Friday about 2 hours before the appointment I got an email that it had been CANCELLED. I called this morning to request a quote on 4 new tires and made an appointment for 4pm this afternoon. When I arrived at 4, I was told there was no appointment for me so having left work early, I was frustrated. They called a manager that did not try to find a solution except put me on the bottom of the list as a walk-in with multiple cars ahead of me.
