My car doesn't have a spare tire. They wouldn't repair my tire that had road hazard protection because the car wasn't there. The only way to get the car there is to tow it, which costs more than the tire. They lost a customer of decades over a 50¢ tire plug. Thanks Darren...
On August 9, I made an appointment for an oil change for the following Saturday, August 16, at 10:30 a.m. When I showed up on the appointed day and time, I was told that my appt was not in the system. I specifically took a day off from work to change the oil. As a result, only thanks to the patience and customer focus of the staff, I was able to change the oil that day, but my car arrived at the service two hours late.
