Good customer support and they will fit you in if they have a cancelation but not everyone owns a spare or a donut because of recent situations with your donut or spare from your previous situation and now your out of those two options so the only option is to make sure you get home safely so you do what most people do is to plug your tire. My car doesn't have a spare tire. They wouldn't repair my tire that had road hazard protection because the car wasn't there. The only way to get the car there is to tow it, which costs more than the tire. They lost a customer of decades over a 50¢ tire plug. Thanks Darren...
