They lie told me that my oil drain plug was stripped on and they couldn’t get it off so they couldn’t do the oil change. Funny thing is I’ve been having the oil changes done at Toyota for the last three years because it was part of the package I got when I purchased a vehicle. So after they told me that the bolt was stripped, I took it to Toyota Stuart where they changed the oil for me in a half hour. There was no striped bolt. Nothing good stay with the dealership. You get what you pay for if you want your car to last stay away
had a appointment at 11 to get 4 new tires got a call at 12 that they couldn’t loosen 1 of my lug nuts so they said i can take it somewhere else to loosen it so i did and when i showed up they told me the one they could not loosen was broken so i had them take it off and i took my car back to walmart where they told me they could not do any of my tires because “i broke the lug nut” when in i fact did not so i left with not only no new tires but a broken lug nut and as i was leaving the entire staff was talking about the situ... read more
