Worst experience ever!!!! Arrived on a Thursday at 7:30 am to get the tires replaced , i asked how long would take to have it done and they told me the was only one appointment in front of me and after they can take me. I agreed and i waited to get the tires replaces. Is 11:00 oclock and they still have my car on the back sitting there and nobody is concern of having this work done. I was scheduled for a 7am appointment. I had emergency surgery the day before and still showed up on time. There was not a manager to open the department causing them to be late. I recieved excuse after excuse for the many delays. The Auto manager BJ made changes that the staff was unaware of. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience. She refused! What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? I WAS ON TIME, PURCHASED A NEW TIRE....167.00 LATER WALKED OUT FRUSTRATED AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR SERVICE. WALMART SUCKS! UNFORTUN... read more
The absolute worst oil change place ever. Nobody is here for an oil change and I was told the wait would be 2 hours. Pitiful
0 star !!!!Worst service ever. All the technicians had attitude. I ask for a rear tire replace, they end up replace the front tires.
