I used to come to this place for oil changes and tires until they screwed me over. They didn't install my oil filter correctly which caused the oil to leak out and needed a new engine. The skid plate prevented me from seeing that there was an oil leak. The Walmart claims were a joke, they made every excuse in the book not to pay and never paid out saying the check engine light codes were on. I had to pay out of pocket to get my engine replaced.
I brought my car in for a battery replacement. When I dropped the car off, the only issue was the battery had died. When I picked my car up EVERY SINGLE LIGHT on my dashboard was on and my radio would not turn on. Walmart said there was nothing they could do bc all they did was replace my battery. Which is crazy to me considering when I dropped my car off NO lights were on and radio was working just fine.
