Great service, really fast. I was in the area, needed an oil change and they were so quick!
Made an appointment and got there bright and early only to find out that none of the employees at auto care showed up to work. Total waste!
Very unprofessional staff avoid this location they have bad customer service and take too long to finish the job
Just lack of interest. Told me I did need an appointment, showed up @ 5:30pm...then I was told that I would need an appointment, no walk in, then turn & walked away. Reported the incident to crew manager, waist of time.....smdh
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. The employees will not do there job properly whatsoever. From the moment I went to ask what kind of oil change I wanted they just ASSUMED that I wanted a high mileage one without asking. They didn't notify me when my vehicle was finished so I had to keep going back from wherever I was in the store to find out the status. When they finally finished the car after 1 45 minutes (with being the only person there for an oil change) there was no one around to finish my transaction. So I walked aro... read more
