Terrible, had to buy my own filter from auto zone , management was rude and the mechanic was arguing with me, and no apology rendered just being threatened to have the police put me out.
My appointment was at 10:30 I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment started. Nobody seemed bothered to even help me. This lady told me I had to move my car because someone had an appointment and didn’t even ask me if I had an appointment so I had to tell her I had an appointment. We bought two sets of tires online from Walmarts website (sold and shipped by corporate Walmart) and scheduled an install. Morning of, each appointment was canceled automatically about an hour before. App said delivery of tires to the store was delayed. Went into Walmart, they said on their side they could see all the tires were there but they needed to be checked in. Since we’d already re-arranged our schedule once for the appointment, waited two weeks for them to check the tires in. When they still showed delayed in the ap... read more

Stood waiting at the service desk waiting for assistance for 20 minutes. No one has shown up or attempted to help. Flagged down a “team lead” that just paged for assistance and left. Horrible service.
