Horrible customer service. I had just arrived and there was a man who told me to move my car. I did so, and I asked for a tire change and he told me that it would take hours for me to get serviced. I asked how long exactly and he said that it was by appointment. Mind you, they were not busy and I just left disappointed.
Wouldn't let me make an appointment, and told me at was an hour and a half until they could change my battery I purchased at walmart... there was 1 car in the bay and the lady working was rude an uninterested. Honestly not worth the hassle buying from Walmart if they want to be rude about installation
How is there only two technicians who are employed here for auto, and how does you let one of them just do price changes inside while the other one is working on a line of cars. Unacceptable.
Installed 4 new tires quickly and are well balanced. Staff treated me well and tires good price during black Friday deals.
