Terribly rude white lady at the reception, which I’m assuming is a racial thing. Took almost 2 hours for an appointment based oil-change. DO NOT COME HERE.
My battery is low, and I went to get help with Ken. I have a three year guarantee for the battery and received no help, not even a refund for the battery I bought from there. Did not even help recharge the battery I just bought, it does not work. I’ve been a customer for years and have never been treated this way.
I've been here for tire repair and purchase/installs. I've always had a good experience here. Staff is usually friendly as well which helps. Be nice to them, they get busy.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Went for an oil change. Charged me $27 for it. Realized they didn't change it after I was almost in the middle of nowhere in Oklahoma (luckily it was right before I hit HWY-43 where you have no phone signal or stores) and my car started rumbling hard. My oil tank was completely empty. I'm disgusted! I even mentioned to the guy beforehand that it was another weekend of having to drive to Oklahoma. Unfortunately I threw away my receipt. Came in for a tire change because I had a bolt in one. They installed the wrong tire and let me drive off with a flat with a bolt in it. When I came back to get it fixed the guy that checked me in, Stephen said “oh that’s fun”. And then told another worker “it happened AGAIN.” they said they were backed up several hours with only one guy working.
