I tried purchasing tires online and the website had a technical issue .. I called and sorted it out ... Okay I accept that so then I physically go into Walmart at around 3 to set up an appointment which I got for 6 later in the day .. I come back at 6 and tell me why the what looked to be the main service expert came to me and said that he could not accommodate my request to install my tires because my car sticker calls for 205/55/R16 and I requested 205/60/R16 which is still in specs with my car .. Got me waiting 2 hours for an oil change, type of place I wish I could leave 2 bad reviews about
The customer service is pretty bad, they barely answer your questions, they don't tell you what the warranty is going to cover, I ask for an estimate to change just two tires, and also I ask how long it could take to do the job done and they say I don't know, you can go ask outside, like bro 🤨... Instead go to the Walmart supercenter in san Jacinto, those guys are super friendly, the staff works pretty fast in less than 20 minutes and they get the job done, in a very professional way with a great service ...👏🏻
Got me waiting 2 hours for an oil change
I had an appointment between 8-9 I got here at 8 they told me it would be 2 hours but ended up being over 4 hours I will never come here again I could have went home if they had just told me the real time they told other ppl too they wouldn’t be waiting as long but ended up waiting hours and hours too so If you don’t want to spend all day here for some simple tires I suggest you stay away
