Made an appointment for 0800 on Sunday for 4 new tires - the service folks were very kind, helpful and welcoming. I have recommended family and friends that are willing to drive for the service that we received here.
Excellent service. I had a car battery that stopped holding a charge but was still under warranty. I tried to exchange it at the Southgate location but there was a system issue they couldn't resolve. So they suggested I take it to the Woodhaven auto center where it was originally purchased. Richard, Dave, and Micheal were quick to resolve the problem and promptly sent me on my way with a new battery. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help.
I went in to have a battery analysis. The technicians that were there were extremely helpful and friendly. I expected to pay for a replacement but was happily surprised all that was needed was a full charge of the battery.
Never had a problem. I go early morning. Those guys know what they are doing. Do not go in the later day,younger guys are not good . Ask for Danny
