Would give zero stars if I could... the WORST experience I have ever had with any person in the auto service industry. I made an appointment weeks in advance to have my tires replaced, specified the type/make of my vehicle, and this place confirmed that they could indeed replace my tires. Drove an hour for my appointment. I had to wait almost 90 minutes before the technician informed me that he could not install my tires because the lift did not have the proper extensions. The shop’s floor jack was broken. Both managers were out and previously had refused to get the lift extensions necessary or approve purchase of a replacement jack.
