Had a tire leak that needed fixed and one wiper blade. They said they couldn't fix the tire and I'd have to buy a new one. When I questioned it, Wil said he'd check the guys work and let me know. We'd talked about tires and prices before Wil went to check on it. He said he couldn't find anything in the tire but a previous patch might be leaking. I called ahead to have a tire repaired because other tire shops near me were closed, and Walmart said they could make the repair. Drove 20 minutes to Walmart and I was told they were booked, and they would not make any exception even though they had told me they could do the work. It does not take very long to patch a tire, and the least they could have done was honor their word. Really bad customer service. Would never try to use them again.
Attention Walmart Corporate! You have some gems working in your auto care center in Ankeny. They were professional, kind, caring, efficient, and awesome while doing a new battery install/exchange for me.
