Walmart is the best when it comes to food and electronics
I recently visited an oil change place and had a rather unpleasant experience with their counter service. The lady there seemed disinterested and unmotivated, which made the whole process quite frustrating. Despite being checked in, I waited an hour before receiving a phone call informing me that they couldn’t perform the oil change due to a shortage of technicians. It was a complete waste of my time. This location has to be the most racial employee base in the oli change center everytime I come and get an oils change it’s something they can’t do basically because I’m black because I sent my niece to get an oil change and customer service was way different from the manager Susie and the lady doing the oil change with red hair! I promise I won’t come back because I don’t condone in racial discrimination for an oil change it not that serious
Getting an oil change at Walmart use to be do conventional, it was always first come first serve. I arrived a little before 7 expecting the garage to open at 7am and to be serviced. Instead I had to go inside to be told I need an appointment. Very disappointing!
I've attempted to get my tire patches a few times here. Well more than a few. Most of the time I cannot find anyone to even ask if they have time to patch my tire. However when and if I do find someone I've always been told all the bays are full. I've been trying for over a month now...
