This was the worse customer service I’ve experienced. Don’t waste your time. I scheduled a tire change, I arrived and the worked told me it was canceled and to come back the next day. The next day I get here and they were closed because the “system” was down. I’ve contacted support to refund the tires I never received. I called the auto center several times with no reply. I showed up to speak to someone and no one was there. I waited for ten minutes and finally someone came over to help but told me the person that could help... read more

Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else! Even if you schedule a service, when you arrive they tell you it’s cancelled. No message, no notice, no information at all. Just like that. Zero respect! And there’s not even an option in the appointment system to report that this happened.

Been one screw up after another and some guy at the counter saying he was the manager who kept saying bet to me. Thankfully I know what that means but feel bad for someone my mother's age. Seemed very disorganized and frankly I'm concerned to have them mounted there now.
