The Macedon, NY Walmart Auto Center is awesome. I needed a small tire repaired and the staff went out of their way to provide a great experience. They made things easy for me and kept me informed. They exceeded their timeline estimates and took some extra effort to fix my tire problem. And, didn't charge me a lot. I will definitely be back and recommend them to others. Thank you!
DO NOT BUY TIRES TO GET SHIPPED TO STORE!! They did the same crap to me and my brother two separate times so what are the damn odds… We ordered tires online for ship to store to get installed and we both were given the same story. First the store said our tires arrived even the website said it. Then they said only two arrived. I said fine give me the two that are there then they said oh actually a worker scanned the wrong tire theres only one thats here. If you have a big truck with alloy wheels I’d go somewhere else! I had tires installed about a month ago, and have been back multiple times for vibration issues which are still unresolved. The first two times they were not balanced correctly (zero sticky weights were used). Now I have to pay another tire shop to do it the right way.
I don’t write reviews often but this experience def needed one. 5 stars for labor because I ordered my tires online, was given an hour to get all 4 mounted and balanced and it was exactly that. An hour and they were on and good to go. So thank you as well to the guys in the back. But my real 5 stars goes out to Jason at the auto center counter.
