About what I expected from Walmart. A crew that didnt really have an interest in being helpful. Didn't know all that much about vehicle service. I had a simple nail that found my tire and they said I needed a new tire. Wouldn't plug it or patch it. This on a tire with more than half life left. Just went down the street and they put a plug in it. I have now driven from Charleston to main with plenty of off road miles and the tire is just fine. I’ve been calling the store for 2 days during random operating hours. No answer. Rings and rings. Service is crap. It’s obvious in the reviews…. Does anyone care? Here’s another great example of SC poor service industry. It’s a real shame. Do everyone a favor and shut your shop down. *June 2026 update. Still not answering their phone. Horrible experience and service that corporate has allowed for much too long.
Naytheen was super helpful and helped me find what needed, and even though it wasn't in stock, she went out of her way to still try and help. Wonderful customer service and also very pleasant to talk to. Get her in training or management!!! She is wonderful!
