The tire center employees are not qualified. Neighbor took his car in to have the tire changed and they said his lug nuts were stripped and they couldn't get the tire off. He comes back to the neighborhood and my mechanic and I had no issues at all taking the lug nuts off and putting his new tire on.
They were quick and polite. However I paid for the service online. And they still tried to charge me...twice! Once when I dropped it off and once when I picked it up. Thankfully Kevin their team lead was there and saw the error. He did a great job.
I absolutely hate this place and It’s only been my first trip. I only needed my front tire replaced since the tread went bad, and I didn’t have another place available for my budget. I waited for about 40 minutes before we actually got anywhere with paying, I had to SHOW THE EMPLOYEE where the damn tire measurements were ON THE TIRE. It made me laugh how the employee was so dull. Ridiculous service, don’t come here if you value your time and money.
Don’t come here, took two hours for an oil change and customer service is terrible
I’m giving them a 3 they were nice and cordial upon arrival but never told me it would take almost an hour for an oil change . If you have somewhere to be don’t bring it here . Other than that they were respectful .
