I usually go to the Walmart auto center on Bells Ferry Rd. However, they did not answer the phone when I called Friday morning. Carl answered the phone at the location on Hwy 92. I needed a new battery, and he was very kind and friendly and helpful. I went there thinking it would cost me about $160. Joe was my mechanic and he was so kind as to check everything out for me before I committed to anything. I have come here a few times for oil changes. The problem is that they never make time or effort to rotate my tires. The first time I came, they said I didn't need it. The 2nd time, I came for an oil change and they had to install 2 new tires, because my front tires were bald. Also the tech who drafted up my ticket handed off the work to someone else, (bald, black guy wearing a mask) and I had to tell the other two techs (two young boys) to rotate them (not after one of them snapped back at me, telling me not to talk to him ... read more
Took my truck in for a tire balance and rotation, and they broke something so it doesn't drive right. Lied to me and stated that I brought it in like this and shrugged me off.
Harry is the best! As a college student who didn’t know how to fix my windshield wipers and find the perfect size, he was very reassuring and when he helped me he even told me the proper way to put them on and off without making me feel dumb for not knowing. Real cool dude and deserves the best!
Other Walmart Autos take note: 92s team is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tire replacement went smoothly and when they had a question they gave me a quick call to ensure everything was right! Management is awesome this is how it should be done
