I was told by Spencer that they would swap my tires, so I made an appointment and took half a day off work to get it done. When I arrived, I was told the technician didn’t want to install them because the tires didn’t have new stickers on them. These tires came off a brand-new 2026 F-150, and I was specifically told that the tread depth and DOT numbers were new and met the requirements. Had a 3/4in Phillips head screw in the center of my tire (20k miles on the tires) and they weren’t able to patch it. Took it to honest-1 and it was patched no problem. Oh and if you want your wheels scratched they do it for free and try to blame you. Most unprofessional workers. I received no compensation for my wheel
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I came to Walmart Auto Care for a simple oil change on my Volkswagen. I checked in, waited over two hours, and only then an employee came out to tell me they couldn’t do the oil change because my vehicle doesn’t have a dipstick. This should have been checked before they wasted two hours of my time. Instead, they let me sit there doing nothing while they had every opportunity to determine that they couldn’t service the car. It's not worth saving a couple bucks buying from Walmart. Nothing but problems with them, they have no idea what they're doing. Common sense to tell you that if you take off a tire of the same size, the new one that is the exact same size will fit! Walmart doesn't get that. I wouldn't take my car there for a oil change. One the rude, they are far from helpful, and they just don't care. As far as I'm concerned it was a blessing. I took my car to pep boys and paid a little extra to have my tires mounted.
