Fist time experience and much better than other Wlamart auto care store I used before. Tire rotation done. Service was on time and fast. No issues. Staff and mangaer were friendly and fair.
I have hazard warranty on my tires and picked up a nail. I ultimately received the service that I needed but my first impression was one of anxiety because of how the tech told me I need 4 new tires without really checking them. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

They forgot to put the oil cap back on my husband’s car after an oil change, causing oil to shoot out under the hood, up the windshield, all over the engine, and the check engine light to come on. He called and a manager asked him to return and the manager would be waiting for him to make it right. He got there ASAP and was told the manager went home?!
