Booked my appointment on line and I was very happy with the service being on time and without any issues!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU HAVE ALLLLLLL DAY Dropped my car off for a 3-4pm time slot and it’s now past 7pm and they’re still not finished with it. I asked the woman on the phone if there was an ETA for pickup and she said she didn’t know. I asked if she could maybe go ask someone ‘working’ on my jeep renegade and she refused stating “I can see it.” …..We called an hour and a half prior to this review and she told my boyfriend they were working on it and it would be done soon…. There prices are fair and if ur a walmart plus member u get special discounts. The employees are very friendly brice was very nice and patient. The service seems to take a lil while I brought my car in at 940 for a 10am appt and it took them a while to get 2 tires mounted and balanced and put on, approximately 3.5 hours. They have a nice waiting room with a tv while ur here if u dont want to walk around store. Its cheaper to order tires online then in store FYI.
