Awful customer service...though I shouldn't be surprised. Had an appt. at 12pm to have 2 new tires put on. Showed up 10 mins early. They didn't start working on my car until 1pm which is an hr after my appointment time.. My car was finally done at 2pm. It shouldn't take 2hrs to put on 2 tires especially when you have an appt. scheduled at 12pm.. If the employees had any caring for their work or a sense of urgency things would vastly improve.. Sadly, they do not...
Great team to work with
Horrendous customer service! Came in over an hour before they closed with a single tire with a repairable nail in it. Stood in the pouring rain waiting and proceeded to get told they were not writing anymore tickets for anyone and couldn’t do anything with the tire. I even said I’d buy a new one and they still refused service. It would’ve taken no longer than a few minutes to unmount remount the tire(I’ve worked shops it’s a ford fusion wheel & tire nothing crazy). We went for a oil change and when we got there they told us it's by appointment and plus it wasn't even full
