Honestly clueless kids are working in the auto shop, front desk guy is completely confused… but if you want cheap and a headache this is the place to go. Initially, I chose a battery for $144 and they ended up putting a more expensive one without telling me, mind you, after making me wait 2 hours for a simple battery change. Absolutely garbage. Brought my tesla s for tires replacement. Said “do i have a key? Do u have a box?” ????? What kind of equipment should I bring else? Boxes are empty but must wait for no reason.
They declared live the vehicle and for max 1 hour the oil change will be completed. After 30 minutes I noticed other cars servicing before my car when was no car when I was inn. I asked the desk employee who was the manager and he declared I did not had an appointment and I had to wait for no time, how you can wait without a specific time frame? I grabbed a set of Michelin wiper blades and went yo the auto center counter and asked if they could put them on for me and the associate behind the counter told me they would charge me $10.00 EACH to be put on! I was in such a state of shock that i blurted out, " You have GOT to be kidding me!!!" The guy assured me that he was not kidding. I bought the blades and went to a place where i get my oil changed and they checked the air in my tires AND put the blades on for FREE (KEY WORD HERE) NO PROBLEM. Guess who lost a sale.
