they can’t perform a simple oil change without damaging ur car
Worst place ever! Went in for an oil change and hit the road. Later on my car started breaking down. Came back and they told me it wasn’t anything to do with their oil change but MY transmission and “probably the car is old.” Had to get my car towed to another mechanic to get it fixed and they said that the transmission oil was drained. Why did they touch my transmission for an oil change? I don’t know and for some reason neither do they and they keep making excuses. Go literally anywhere else. I think a car was dropped on the head of whoever was at the front desk.
Quick easy in and out in about 45 minutes for a standard oil change. I don't know why there's so many negative reviews staff was super friendly there is a lot of special customers that refuse to book an appointment online everything is self-service via the online booking. If you don't book and walk in then yeah it's a 4-hour wait for an oil change.
The worst service I've ever had! lazy workers! Don't come here, you'll waste your time and nerves.
