I was actually in shock when I seen how bad the rating was?! The service was fantastic, the tire mechanics were super helpful, and for the price this is probably the only place I'll go from now on! Pro tip order your tires online and they'll be even cheaper! It takes 3 days to two weeks to get them so order ahead!!
This place is awful. Stand in line for 15 minutes just for employees to walk around you and act like they didn't see you. Also they let me sit in their waiting room for an hour before I had to go up and find out my appointment was canceled because my hood latch was broken, which it wasn't....
Worst possible experience I've ever had at a Wal-Mart. Don't believe me let's share a story shall we. I go into the auto care center two weeks ago and get a quote on (2), remember that number because it's important for later, so I get a quote for two back tires. I have an AWD vehicle I can't replace them one at a time and that's fine, so the rep quotes me around $250 which is also acceptable. I would recommend you avoid at all costs. In December I had 4 new tires installed here. One of the service techs backed into my truck with another truck. So I had to deal with insurance and take care of all that. Now 2 months later one of the new tires is flat. I just want to the Walmart tire center and they said “there is nothing we can do for you, you’ll have to call the manufacturer” I drove across the road to Bell tire and they are taking care of it right now. What a mistake I made going to the Walmart tire center first.
I'm so surprised to see so many bad reviews, I had a fantastic experience, the man who came out to look at my tires checked and triple checked my them, did the work needed to them and answered all of my 25 questions was very clear, patient and so kind with me. I felt 100% confident when driving away I was safe. Thank you Thomas and the rest of the team for getting me on the road safe I REALLY appreciate you all!!!
