I wanna give a huge thanks to the entire crew at the auto center today!! I came in for well needed overdue rotation, only to discover I had two bad tires & needed new lug nuts. I was able to zip on over to Saginaw get the tires and get back here. Everyone was really involved, so I can’t give credit to any one employee. I highly recommend this location!! 👍👍🇺🇸😁
Went in after I realized I had a flat. Josh helped me out and fixed it up pretty quick. They got all the chevy chase Vacation movies on dvd in the waiting room. Best walmart experience so far
I was actually in shock when I seen how bad the rating was?! The service was fantastic, the tire mechanics were super helpful, and for the price this is probably the only place I'll go from now on! Pro tip order your tires online and they'll be even cheaper! It takes 3 days to two weeks to get them so order ahead!!
This place is awful. Stand in line for 15 minutes just for employees to walk around you and act like they didn't see you. Also they let me sit in their waiting room for an hour before I had to go up and find out my appointment was canceled because my hood latch was broken, which it wasn't....
Worst possible experience I've ever had at a Wal-Mart. Don't believe me let's share a story shall we. I go into the auto care center two weeks ago and get a quote on (2), remember that number because it's important for later, so I get a quote for two back tires. I have an AWD vehicle I can't replace them one at a time and that's fine, so the rep quotes me around $250 which is also acceptable.
