I have had an appointment for oil change on Sat Jun 7 at 7:30am, I came at 7:25, there was a line already of 5 or so cars, I took my place at the line, there also was a stand who says wait here and you will be served. I was waiting for 1 hr 15 min, the personal took 2 cars in box to work on them and they definetly saw me in the line. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Called seven times throughout the day only to get hung up on twice.
7-8 AM appointment started at 7:20 and ended at 8:45. Even though he was late he had to stop what he was doing to Cary on multiple conversations and to make a couple of sales. The whole team covers up their name tags, makes sense cause I lost my new job today because I was 45 mins behind schedule coming in... I'm mad enough to delete someone.
