I don’t know what to say that hasn’t been said. It’s the worst place to get service. Edit: went to buy a tire. Not even service. Waited for 30 minutes and no cashier showed up. Why is this place even open?

This was my first and final experience with Walmart Auto. It was all around awful and highly recommend you stay away. I showed up for my 9 a.m appointment and the lady there was insanely rude to me right off the bat. After I get checked in, I’m waiting around for about an hour and I get asked if I’m the Owner of the Ford Ranger, I decline because that’s not my car, the manager then calls my phone and is leaving a message so I walk up to try and tell her that she was calling me but she ignored me. Came in on a busy day, Michael helped me with an appointment and when I showed up on my appointment date and time, professional quick service. Michael helped me with what service I needed, and which i did not. Honest straight forward professional. Those that are saying long wait, make an appointment, they are very good at keeping people who HAS appointment on time. If you are a walk in expect to wait for after appointment people show up.

I have had an appointment for oil change on Sat Jun 7 at 7:30am, I came at 7:25, there was a line already of 5 or so cars, I took my place at the line, there also was a stand who says wait here and you will be served. I was waiting for 1 hr 15 min, the personal took 2 cars in box to work on them and they definetly saw me in the line.
