I had a great experience here for my tire change today. I ordered ahead online the four tires I wanted. I arrived a bit before my appt. (courtesy goes both ways, remember!) My wait was not outside what I've waited for elsewhere.
Amazing job by the tech LEO.. Good work tech he was friendly and happy... customer service was top. I recommend to come down to Walmart auto care centers...all the service was good and the price was good.
They did a great job on my daughters new tires. Also comes with lifetime tire rotation and flat repairs.
EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE At first I didn’t want to believe the reviews and decided to make an appointment online (Walmart App) since it’s easier and faster to get the service done. I ordered and paid for a set of 4 tires and the installation service, arrived at the shop at the time I chose for the service appointment and the Receptionist told me that they did not have enough time to do the service.
