I got new tires installed about a week ago by my first ever female mechanic! Of course she did a great job & was kind to me and thorough in her work. The staff was kind in general. The store itself is **really** loud with music and even the TV in the waiting room tbh so I'd bring headphones/earplugs if you're sensory sensitive like me.
Get new tires installed
Came in at 8:30 for an oil change appointment. Was told they were two hours behind and also overheard someone else oil change get messed up due to their mechanic stripping the screw to the customers car.
Andrew is amazing. Love his customer service. Rebecca is very helpful as well
