Theresa, Scott and their crew went way way over and above to make sure my daughter's car was up and running and safe for her to drive. There were technical snafus and logistics problems but they kept at it and delivered a product (customer service) that any company should be proud of. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You're freaking awesome!
I had 4 new tires put on, there was a mixup in the size but thankfully they had my size in stock ( although they were more costly). The mechanics, ladies at the counter and the manager were all very pleasant, helpful and made sure I recieved money back that was due by even calling their main office. Outstanding service!
They treated me like crap called ahead for tires that were 680 dollars a piece when got there the tires they said they had in stock wasn't available but they have some for 80 dollars big difference in price also have to have an appointment
Had tires installed, it took 3 hours beyond estimated time of completion. Missed Dr appointment. Tried calling back several times after tires were not balanced properly. Phone rang for 5 mins and again 30 mins later no answer, would not recommend
I don't understand why Walmart Auto Care Center has so many negative reviews. My experience was definitely a 5-star one. I watched Jennavieve S repair the tires on my car, and she was extremely professional from start to finish. As a systems engineer, I'm involved in assembly and technical work all the time, so I tend to notice attention to detail. Her workmanship was precise, methodical, and carried out to perfection.
