I made an appointment here today between 8.30 and 9.30 in the morning and it was 10 past 9. I came for an appointment, they didn't let me in, they said I'd be here at 8.30, but my appointment was at 8.30 and 9.30. It was written that such nonsense cannot be done, there was no car inside, but they still did not let me in even though I had an appointment.I came for car oil maintenance, so it's a bit of a hassle here.

Lazy employees that don’t want to work.. drove there last Thursday at noon with a donut on my car to get a tire changed. There were no customers in the shop and 2 employees were walking around moving tires. I stood at the desk a while before I was told i needed to make an appointment and come back because they were “short staffed”. I had work in an hour so i left.
