Went in for an oil change and they broke off a piece of my car then didn’t tell me just tried to half ass fix it still broke.
I took my car there for them to "look at" a crack in the sidewall of my tire. I wanted them to honor the manufacturers warranty which they are supposed to do per the Michelin website. I dropped my car off and waited an hour and a half to discover that they simply patched the tire! What mechanic doesn't know that sidewall damage cannot be patched?! Booked an appointment to get a tire rotation and balance. Took over 2 hours despite me being on time and having an appointment. My car didn’t enter the bay until over an hour after my appointment. Multiple people in front on me left because of how slow the staff was and this was still my result. This was a free service since I purchased my tires through Walmart and I still feel ripped off.
